Need design help - luggage tag - for musical instrument company (36 hours) $20

    I'm looking for a 2-color tag (tag base is white) with the measurements of 3.5" X 2.3" for a musical instrument company called StringWorks - see the website here www.stringworks.com

    Need the logo, a tagline of 'stringed instruments' and the URL on the tag, plus I'd like the phone number as well if it fits, which is 888-624-6114

    Here is one design component that is not on the website that could be integrated. The overall look should be one where the name is easily read, as with the other info, but it is also eye-catching so that people are wanting to look. I am good with originality as well, since I want to draw attention to the tag so people read it
