Need design for marketing company site. Web 2.0 + matching wordpress

Hello there,

I would like to upgrade my current site with a better design. Were expanding international, so we will be using the same design for both the norwegian one and the soon to be launched english version.

I want it too look fresh. I want it to be flexible, so I can easily update it myself, add new pages, remove/delete/edit things from the menu and of course it has to be very SEO friendly. If you feel you can improve my logo as well, I'm open for suggestions.
