Buying Need design for a news portal

    I requested my previous thread be closed because I'm upping the price to $50 USD paypal.

    I have started the backend development http://bit.ly/9FKY5w, I basically need someone to take what I have and add elements to make it somewehat resemble this site ( including adding a real color scheme, radio/video icons ).

    - I do not need HTML/CSS coding, *strictly* design ( PSD )
    - Please include past examples of your work

    I'm working on this at the moment so I would need someone to start sooner rather than later.
