Need Design Converted to Wordpress Theme

    I need a one page PSD design converted to a wordpress theme. The theme needs to be widget ready, and the ability to create a dynamic navigation bar (no hard coding the site navigation, it needs to be created in wordpress's back office).

    I am still waiting for the designer to send back the design. It should be a couple more days. I'll post a link as soon as I get it.
