Hello Everyone, This is the first time I’m offering a chance like this but in relevance with my brand new Warez Forum, we have been striving to reach beyond the obvious failing Warez site by just hosting a standard forum. We have opened to new possibilities forums and owners of them have dreamed of. They may not have done so because of financial reasons. Though we have overcome these old mistakes. We do not plan to disclose the full plans of our website but we are here to request something. I was prompted to start an amazing new team by a close friend so after talking more we have finally agreed. We want to open a Programming Team. We require: - 3 Dev's - 2 Coders - 2 Designers to Help Design Apps We will be developing a collection ( approx. 2-3) of new software every 3-4 months so we require dedication. We want you to provide and work together to create the best you can produce so we will sell the software ranging from $5 - $12. First off my whole site brand will take 40% of all money made per month to cover the expenses to keep you selling the software amongst other costs that we have to pay! The workers will get the 60% divided by all 8 of you. So if we sell 20 pieces of download software for $5 every week then it equals to $100 a week so in a month approx. $500. 60% of the $500 is $300 so $300 is how much would be split towards each worker. There is a real possibility this will happen because $5 isn’t much to most people so in this example each worker would get $37.50 paid to them in that month. Each month rates may vary from our sales. Example of software we may produce is: Widgets Scripts Small Tools etc. They are only a few examples! So if you’re interested then drop me an email at: I will be happy to answer all questions. Hello, I'm interested, but would like to know that once I code an app, will I get a "basic" fixed amount for it, or is it just share from profit. I asked because if you are not able to sell an app, what do I get for spending hours developing it... Secondly, how would I know how many you sold? Thirdly, do I have to provide you source codes of all apps, or can I "encode" my apps? All apps created for windows systems will be in .exe form, but let me know if you want source code as well. All apps created in php will be enocoded. If you want source codes, let me know. In a system like this where I get a share from profits, I'd prefer to "not" provide source codes, because If later you get someone else to work on these apps, then what would happen to my share...
