Obviously I've done Google searches. If you had followed your own advice you'd see its fairly difficult to find more than half a dozen Panamanian web hosts with web sites in English. They are also very expensive. By contrast, there are countless offers flying around all over this forum every hour in an effort to drum up business by folks who aren't in the top 15 SERPs. check out the dedicated servers at hostingpanama, in case they are pricey for you you can go to offshore web hosts and check the vps offers.
Why should it be a Panama webhost? I would suggest take a look at my signature, Servers fom $ 49.50/month, VPS from $ 29/month and the site has office in different locations around the world, not in Panama though.
