Need decent reseller hosting

I need about 2 GB and I wont need much BW. I need to be able to host about 5 domains and be able to add them myself. All the PHP extensions and libraries must be enabled. Must be decently fast and not have much down time.

I dont want to spend more than $10 a month for this. I will only be hosting simple sites and a few scripts that will not stress the server much. I need it to be set up ASAP (only if you have good iTrader) and have a money back guarantee.
