Okay - so you want someone to research 100 different topics for you, write 150 words on each of those topics for a grand total of 15,000 words and then you want them to plug the content into the site for you....and you want the person to wait until all of that has been done in order to get paid? Is it time for your meds or mine?

Not sure, but the best solution would probably be to involve a third-party payment processing service or a website like Freelancer.com that has something similar to the 'milestones' system. This way, neither you need to pay upfront directly nor the people you hire are insecure about receiving the money after work is delivered. If those who approach you do not have an account with the third-party you involve, you can ask them to sign up. I believe it's free almost everywhere. And I think you also need to post this same gig on that 3rd party site if it's a job board. My 2c. Hope this helps.
