    Need a WordPress search form like the ones on the following websites
    https://www.vaultelectricity.com
    https://www.texaselectricityratings.com

    Basically, when someone enters a zip code and chooses one of the two options (Residential or Business) they will be taken to the landing page for that specific zip code:

    For residential option, the url path structure would be something like:
    samplewebsite.com/residential/state/{zip code}

    So if someone searches for a residential option and zip code 55555, the form will redirect them to after they submit search:
    samplewebsite.com/residential/state/55555
