Buying Need custom online "Flyer Design" tool ($1000 Paypal)

    I work for a printing company and we need a custom online flyer design tool created from scratch.

    Here are the requirements:
    -Must be in asp.net
    -Must allow real-time editing online for easy customer experience
    -Must work for 3 Product sizes: Flyers, Postcards, Business Cards
    -Must be able to generate 300dpi "print quality" PDF files
    -Must be able to connect with our current e-commerce website for checkout
    View an "idea" of what we're looking for here

    This project pays $1000 (potentially more) via Paypal.
