[Need Custom Designer] for Joomla Template

    I need a custom Joomla Template designer .

    the idea:

    I give you a website and you have the permission to copy and take all the same layout and graphics and reproduce it in a joomla Template.

    If you don't have experience with Joomla, please ignore this post.
