Buying Need CSS, xHTML, design from mock design.

This is a simple design with 1 not so simple feature.

I need to take a psd mock-up of a wire-frame type design and have it mad into "Clean" and "Compliant" CSS and xHTML.

The interface style conversion will have 1 unique feature where the div will have the abilty to be resized.


This should give you an idea of what I'm referring to:

Left and right need to be able to have a slide between them..

Dive right top and right bottom need to do the same but slide up and down.
