Need CSS sheet made IE compatible

I designed a site with div's and CSS and tested it all along in Firefox, but the site looks terrible in IE. So I need someone to create a working solution that both IE and Firefox users can view the site as it is current seen in Firefox.

    URL is http://www.chartercontact.com/matt/index.asp

Please PM or post with fees and timeframe for work to be completed.

    Thanks!

I can do this for $11-$20, depending on how hard it is...looking at the site, I will probably charge $15 or maybe less...I can do it within a day or two. Max three days.

That code is a mess. I don't understand why people use Microsoft products to develop web-sites that don't even render properly in Microsoft's browser. Good luck getting someone to fix that. I made an attempt at finding the reference link to the stylesheet but gave up after line 400 or so..
