Buying Need css fix for my menu

    Hello All,

    I need someone to apply css for the menu as displayed in the design.

    Please look at the attached design. I need following to be done.
    1. Remove blue lines and "+" sign. Blue lines are coming up when mouse hover the menu item. I only want down arrow to be shown when a menu item has submenus.
    2. The submenu should come up as a layer so that it should not be constrained by parent menu height / width. Also this will remove any scrollbar that can be seen.
