need CSS expert -Easy work

    Hi ,

    I have a theme that is governed by a CSS,since I am not having designer's eye,I want a CSS expert to change the CSS file a bit so that the theme becomes catchy.

    Also this will be a test work for all the people out there.

    I am willing to quick $10 for this work,just Impress me with your skills :)
