I need someone who is reliable and has good CSS skills - not hacking as I can do that already. The work is straightforward and I have a good amount of it and it includes: 1) Integrated a header and footer and theme into an existing Wordpress template layout. 2) Fixing a proprietary database's layout and a custom script. 3) The optimization of pages for a mobile layout 4) Recoding of several parts of the design to optimize them for output (replace graphic image rollovers with one image and text on graphics or the like) Amongst other things. I've had all kinds of experiences here. I know I'm reliable and always pay on time and am easy to work with - the site and genre speak for themselves. Some here either don't have the skills or seem to be less interested in working long term as availability decreases after deposit money is paid.
