need css designed

    Needs to be fully cross browser / cross resolution compatible

    Text will be black
    Background white
    Header/Logo/Sidebar stationary, frame like behaviour

    Layout need will be uploaded in a few mins

    I need this ASAP. Let me know your prices. It's nothing extreme, will take an experienced css designer maybe 5 minutes tops to do
