Need CSS Coder With A Little Knowledge of PHP

    Hey,

    I have a site that is already programmed and the design is partly done. There is one CSS file and one PHP file that needs to be edited. I need a simple clone of a design from another site. I have a max budget of $50 for this job, although it is relatively simple. I go into detail of every change I need you to make.
