Buying Need cpanel apache ffmpeg modlayer fantastico installing on my VPS

I will install the operating system on my vps witch would be CentOS 5 32bit unless you reccomend anything else
quad core cpu with 1gb ram and 80gb hd

I need cpanel installing / configuring
The server already has cpanel licence

Already got licence

I want the server setup for video streaming and the following addons are a must:
flvtool2
lame
ffmpeg-php
ionCube Loader & Zend
perl
ruby

If compatible with the setup i would like mod_layout installing too

I am a complete novice so i do not know what i need so there maybe more you need to install

So you haven't install anything in the vps? That would be a lot of works.

I have tried following several online guides but everything is failing when i install them.
i have no knowledge as far as i have got is installing cpanel and fantastico and that was full of errors! lol
