Take a look at the link he provided there are templates of the design. Basically he is looking for a flyer to be created as a print design so he can advertise his landscaping business. It is a unique sized half sheet of paper. I'm not sure if you have ever seen it, but it is something that may be handed out from door to door or whatever advertising his business or he may just hand them out to potential clients or whatever.
