What do you want the sample article to be about, keyword? Willing to learn more,What else are you willing to teach me if I work for such a low rate? You don't mention that they need to pass copyscape, I am presuming that is why you are offering such a low rate.
"willing to learn more" which means a writer should ready to listen what the client says bcs everybody has its own point of view if you are stick to your words and say no i am right your are wrong i dont want this attitude.
