    I am not a big fan of dark/black colors for a site. Did you choose the black color to make your images to stand out or do you just like black color for your site?

    My site has always been black before, it worked for me so I did not really want to change it.
    Yes, you are correct I choose black to make the designs stand out, on hover the thumbnails of my artwork will have color.

    I like the color in the old one, but if you say the illustration comes alive with color on hover that should look nice.
