    I need a large comprehensive list of known Proxys on the internet. I'd like to block as many users connected through a proxy as possible. Anyone know where I can find/purchase/download a massive list of known proxys?

    With the size of the lists you'll find I would consider this pretty useless for the following reasons:

    a) You'll just be filling up your firewall ruleset with a bunch of IPs that the firewall will likely never see.
    b) If you're firewall has to process a ton of rules, eventually you will start to notice it affecting performance on your system.
    c) a lot of the IPs / proxies are likely outdated or do not exist anymore anyway
