I was really enjoying looking around until Job.com ad came up and interrupted the entire flow of my thinking process. I closed the site as a result and it was only when I opened it a second time that I saw the "ignore this ad" in the upper right corner. Kind of irritating and made me want to leave.

The header is pretty large so you have to scroll to see anything - and I didn't see anywhere your statement: "Guides, Cheat Code, Walkthrough, Headline News, Games Info and much more..." This should be at the top so someone knows what you're offering right away.

I love the purple swirl background - great color scheme!

 

Try to get your own domain name, it will increase the value of your site.

Not bad for a start. I don't think you really need the Chat with the admin box at the bottom of the page.
