Hello everyone, A few days ago, I created a topic looking for a coder to make a norsub.com clone. But something has happened yesterday relating with this project... I will tell the story so you can understand better. At the beginning of the year, I delivered this project to a coder that promise me that will complete in 30 days. He ask me for 20% upfront. But 30 days has passed and he didn't delivered the job, and another month, and another, another... I was so pissed off with him... Three months ago, he said that cant continue with the job, because got some problems, and hes cannot concentrate in work anymore. In the past three months, Im trying to force him to refund my money without success. A few days ago, he said that was with financial problems and that cant refund my money back. And I got the idea to he deliver the project that he already coded... And he did yesterday! The project is 95% complete, and is based on the codeigniter framework. I already have everything with me, but I need a coder to finish his job... He said that the only thing that is missing, is the admin panel, but already have the admin panel template.
