Need Coder to Create SSH2 Upload Script

    I need a script which can run off my linux box once daily (via cron job) which will upload a txt file to a secure server.

    Here are some specs:

    This SSH server is configured to provide ONLY Secure Copy (SCP) & Secure FTP (SFTP) capability (e.g. via pscp, psftp or WinSCP) - remote ssh terminal activity is not permitted.

    REQUIRES the use of RSA Public/Private Key authentication for access to this server.
