Need coder skileld in PHP/MySQL/Web Design to create a GPT Website

Hello,

I need a "GPT" style website created from scratch, heavy PHP and MySQL coding will be involved. In some ways it will be similar to some already popular GPT websites, (Examples):

http://fusioncash.net

Budget: 600$ - 1,000$

Except with several unique features and differences. It would also be a huge plus if this person could work with me in the future for maintaining and adding features to this website. (With pay, of course.)

Looking for a very honest coder who'm I can trust. Time is not a huge issue here, it can be completed any time in the next 60 days.
