Buying Need coder on a new website idea.

    We have been developing an idea over quite some time now and I've gotten tons of positive feedback on the idea so my partner and I want to get this rolling. We are looking to hire a coder to develop our website from the ground up. It's not a terribly complex idea but it's catchy.

    There isn't much work to be done and I don't have a huge budget ($150-250). We are looking to hire somebody with the possibility of long-term work on the site. We are only looking for a native english speaker or somebody who can speak english fluently.
