Need Coder! Image to Website

    I have started coding this but it is almost just more work than it is worth so I will just pay someone to do it. How much will you charge? Has to expand vertically to fit more content. Image has to expand to fill the whole page on any resolution and must automatically adjust for any resolution.

    Nevermind I was told that I what I want to do cannot be done. I just set the div to a large width and centered it so it will work for more resolutions.
