Need Coder for Search Function at end of month

    I'm a web designer and need a coder to help with 2 projects towards the end of the month.

    The visitor will put in their zip code and based on that, it will return a page with links of companies in the area that can service them. Let's say something like car insurance. It won't be a ton, maybe 4-6 results?

    Not sure what language is needed for this, or what this entails. Please dumb it down for me and give a quote in PM. Thanks. :)
