Need Coder For Proxy (Copyright free proxy scripts may be used)

    I need a design to be coded for a proxy website I'm making. You don't actually have to make the proxy script yourself, you may use copyright free proxy scripts if you wish, and implement them into my design.

    Please name your price, and link to any work that you think will persuade me to choose you.

    PLEASE NOTE: I am not looking for the cheapest offer, I am looking for the best balance between good standard work and price. ;)
