Need coder for prepopulating a form

    My landing page has an Aweber form on it.
    When user fills out form and clicks submit, they are sent to a standard CPA lead generation form that requires their email submitted.
    I want to transfer that info they gave to me on my landing page to the page they are sent to they they click submit.

    Need this done right away.
