Need Coder for New Website (2-3 hrs of work)

    Hi all,
    Im looking for someone to code 1 page for a new website. I need a simple design, (I basically know exactly how I want it). Header, left side navigation, ads and other things on right side of page, and basically news/articles in the middle of page. I would code it myself but honestly coding is my least favorite thing to do. I imagine it would probably take someone 2-3 hours of work to get what I want done. I just need the things set up I can put in all links (basically just need the frames done where everything goes I can add what I want). Please pm me if interested and we can talk about it more/rate of pay for you. Thanks
