Not sure exactly what type of skill is required for what I want doing, so sorry if this sounds vague. Basically I want to add a row of buttons under my current wordpress header (see http://www.recyclingsupermarket.com/), which will link to the main blog categories. I will change the header itself, with the relevant text. I just need someone to actually make the buttons work. I would like the category to highlight when the cursor is placed over it. For example, like the top row of buttons on this site - http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/ If this is something you can do, please let me know how much you will charge and how long the job will take.
