I need a coder who can upload a penny auction script, slide a PSD and implement it with the script and make a few changes to the script itself. I am looking to get this done ASAP so if you are looking for work please let me know how you charge and your timeframe. I am looking for a coder who can also design or edit PSDs and that will be available in the future to work on many other projects.
