Need Coder ASAP

I am looking for a coder that will be around for a bunch of projects and to help me with my sites. I will need work done weekly, my websites are always building and changing. Programmer should know how to code well and should understand integrating CPAs using post back and know how to secure websites and work with custom scrips.
