    I need the second counter on this page to be all zeros:

    I've tried everything I could: changing the HTML, .css, .js... nothing works...
    it just stays the same, or breaks the code.

    PLEASE know what you are doing -- this may look like a simple job, but you
    must be an expert to take this on.

    I will pay $20 to the first person to take this job (and solve it).
