Need codder for emergency

    I need some one who can do a classic script..
    I want a script where i can be able 2 add email and select Sex: male/female and to be able to add country which depends..
    if email is already registered an error to be shown you can not post same email
    And i want a small admin panel where admin can select email list by country or by sexuality: male/Female...

    This is all i need some one can build this script...?!
