Buying Need Cleaning website

    I am putting together a cleaning website for a friend. Need something basic that I can update the html on. Actually need something just like this: http://www.boxedart.com/phpshop/info.php/mp_/19239

    Can someone design this template into a wordpress theme? If not, can you design in xhtml so that I can add content?
