Need clean web hosting design

All,

I'm in the need for a very simple non flash web hosting design. I need someone to create something original with three pages and a logo. I'm looking for something in the newer web 2.0ish style.

I'm looking to spend a couple hundred bucks. If you can not do a simple logo and simple clean design please do not contact me.
