need clarification please

I just saw a peon with 4 posts and 4 days after joining dp post in BST section
I thought users werent allowed to post until they gather 25 posts and 14 days in dp

can someone explain ??

Well spotted. That user shouldn't be permitted to post there. Must be some bug in the system.

The rules:

 

i remember that in the same day that i joined i posted at BST

 

In that case either:
a) The rules are wrong - in which case an amendment is required, or
b) New members are being given the wrong posting rights.

true.. i thought that the 25 post count was intended to keep scammers out,
if they can bid in threads then whats the point ?

 

Smart members use the time before they can start a thread in the buy sell trade conducting services people need completed to gain some itraders before they start their own threads for whatever they are offering.

I remember when I first joined, I could use the forum jump and not even look at it to get to the content creation part..lol

 

I have already made some 80+ posts, 4 threads, and am already 14 days old
at Digital Point, and yet when I tried to open a Politics & Religion a while ago,
I was refused access. What do I lack?
