Hi, I have a quick question about that type of accounts. PayPal's help wasn't very helpful in that department, or perhaps I didn't look in the right place. Why do I sometimes get charged with a fee when I'm receiving a payment, and sometimes I don't? It doesn't seem to be related to the amount of money I'm receiving - I've been "taxed" on small sums like $5-10, while I've received $50+ with no fees. What does it depend on?

You need pay fees if you use premier account receive the money .There is no fees if the buyer pay via PayPal Masspay
