    Cheap is not always good. Your site can be lots slow, can be down most of the time etc. Look for some old reputed host... also don't forget to search for reviews before making payment.

    I would recommend to go with novahost.org (Free Web Hosting Company). I have personally used them, you'll never have any downtime with them.
