UFG. http://www.domainrightnow.com/ http://reg2.us/ http://domains.chargertek.com http://wsdreg.com http://purohits.com http://domainsite.com http://stargate.com/domains.asp One's price ~2 USD.
Godaddy was $1.15 at checkout so that of 99 cents is just a marketing trick. The only registrar actually offering $0.99 INFO domains is www.oneandone.com
good quetion dnk....im also want to know tha answer?? also what is the meaning "Host External Domains = 5" ????
There is no more cheap .info domains right now! it was once on registerfly when they were alive! It was just $0.60 they were accepting e-gold payment and many other payment methods, i registered 300 domains at that time
For long time I stayed away from 1&1 after reading countless horror stories, but I decided stick to the saying "nothing ventured, nothing gained" I registered a lot of dot.COM domains for less than $6.00 before ICANN increased the registration fees. In fact 1&1 is still one of the cheapest registrars along with name.com, both of them offering low registration promos, including INFO at 99 cents, BIZ at $2.50 or the finished ORG promotion at $5.45 The fact is that inside your 1&1 control panel you will find a lot of free goodies associated to your registration, including an extended library of royalty-free images. Back to your question, as the renewal date for some domains I want to drop is approaching, I found that is not that hard cancel or transfer your domain as the horror stories claim. Certainly it involves a number of steps and paper work but you can do it by visiting http://cancel.oneandone.com You will then chose your domains to transfer/cancel and they will be scheduled for the required changes, completed once that you fax them a form that is provided during the process. If you live outside the USA or countries with 1&1 presence, remember that you can always fax from free online facilities if that is your problem
I prefer registrars where all domain registration, transfers and renewals are 100 % online, no paperwork needed.
Mydomain! given domains in complete 0.99$ back in January i guess that offer comes back! anyways Godaddy charges 1.19$ including ICANN fees
With 1and1, the problem comes when you are SELLING your domain and need to transfer it to the new registrant who is also registered at 1and1. The kind of transfer that most other registrars call a "Free Push" and do not charge for...1and1 charges for that! The transfer itself is easy enough, HOWEVER, what the seller may not realize is that 1and1 will cancel the domain EVERY TIME it is transferred and then charge the new registrant a fresh registration fee to the new registrants credit card on file. If you're buyer was expecting a free transfer...you may have a problem. The charge might happen long after the sale (from experience, sometimes 30 days after) As for Godaddy, the $0.20 cents extra is the ICANN fee which they always charge separately from the domain pricing, so when buying from Godaddy, make sure to always factor this in.
But yes...biger007, right now 1and 1 have a $0.99 special on .info, which I believe includes ICANN fee...so $0.99 at checkout.
