Need cheapest but best Offshore Dedicated Servers!

    I need offshore, it should allow warez, torrent and xrumer (spamming). A data center will be preffered as i will start a webhosting company!

    well look for some hosting provider in DP hosting service section you may get one.

    Well here people offer cheap servers but not sure they offer it for spamming purpose Esp Xrumer is really a devil tool to spam
