Price Range: below 15.00/mo Software: I need basic software like browser (firefox), downloader & so on. Also if possible I need a video watermarker for this. What content will you "download and upload" on this VPS. I hope its not the *ahem* stuff. Second thing, your budget is less for windows VPS since windows licenses costs are high. you should increase it or settle for Linux VPS if budget can't be increased.
