Buying need cheap offshore VPS or dedicated server

    You'll not even find something on shore with that budget. You're gonna want to raise your budget quite a bit ;)

    offtopic, but offshore advertising ( WTS , WTB) no longer allowed.

    and as mia said you will need to raise your budget as dedicated can be anywhere from $35.00- $xx.xx

    with that in mind, what specs are you looking for (VPS and Dedi)

    Well, for 40$ you won't get any offshore dedicated server, but you can get a nice offshore VPS at that price.

    Offshore and Warez pretty much go hand in hand. Actually all questionable, shady or otherwise illegal activity is usually something that "off shore" caters to. Seems selling and asking for off-shore is perfectly acceptable here. Asking for or selling "warez" specifically is not.
