Need cheap offshore shared hosting

    Im in need of cheap offshore shared hosting that allows warez linking. No illegal files will be hosted on the server.

    Ive already tried wrzhost (server is the slowest ive ever seen).

    I dont want any private sellers, im looking for a offshore hosting company thats been around for about a year or more, and need also ssh acess on account..
