    If your site takes up that much cpu then you would be better off getting your self a dedicated server. Being on a shared host and using that much resources your account will be shut done in most cases for cpu usage.. Also you budget is very low for this requirement.

    Why would a company let you use 80% of their resources and put their other customers out? You need to raise your budget and look for a dedicated in my opinion.
