Buying Need cheap designer/coder easy work

    What I need:
    1) get a logo of a site, crop/resize it, save it in a special format
    2) duplicate a mini site I have(3 pages) with my already made template, and put the unique logo and description on the page
    3) upload to my server using ftp
    4) repeat this process up to 50 times
